Eager
Within the parameters of the general population in the White Mountains, Eager is a monster city! Eager is a thriving town with over half of the city married with kids sitting at roughly 7,000 feet above sea level. There is a lot to do as long as the wilderness is a genuine interest to its resident with lakes, canyons, rivers, forests, plains and many wild animals surrounding the town! Famous for its large indoor football arena every year hundreds of migrating teams make their way to the facility to train and be challenged. Eager is rich in history with characters from the famous gunfight at the ok corral in Tombstone making their way to the town. Since 1878 the town has received many families and residents looking for a wholesome place to raise a family and be industrious. Officially still considered a “town” eager is on the rise as a powerhouse in the future of Apache County.
Every year, Eager experiences vast swings and changes in the weather. A wonderful refuge from the famous low Arizona desert heat, it rarely rises too much past the 70’s getting rather chilly at night. Because it is tempered in the summer and cold in the winter, a great form of heating homes in Eager is to use wood burning stoves. A wood burning stove can put out great heat but sometimes can be misused or accidently used in a way it was never intended. When this happens, smoke might fill a home on occasion when using the stove. Smoke is an incredible element in how quickly it can muck up a home. Sticking to walls and furniture alike, it can harbor obnoxious odors, toxic fumes and unsanitary grime. No matter how minor or major the release of smoke is from the source, it is still highly important that it get remediated in a timely and thorough manner.
